The California Association for Parent-Child Advocacy is a collaborative, statewide organization which monitors, analyzes, and responds to both legislative and policy initiatives which would affect the education and lifelong prospectsfor students with disabilities in California. In addition, CAPCA provides a network of support for parents, professionals and attorneys who represent children with disabilities and their families. CAPCA provides several levels of support to its members as needed by the membership. This can include active listservs, topic archives, semiannual meetings, and a members section of the web site. Membership is required to access the member section of the website.

Membership donation can be made one of two ways:
If you would like to make a payment using your Bank associated Visa or MasterCard, please send an email to: capcamember@gmail.com with your name the amount of your donation and if you are on the CAPCA Web list, or the CAPCA Law list.
You will receive a email response to make your donation with your Bank associated Visa or Mastercard. (An additional $2.00 fee will be charged)
